Synchronize Folders

DriveHQ FileManager offers Synchronize Folder feature between local folder and online folder. If you want your folder to be uploaded as changes occur, choose Synchronize Folder.

1. Create a new synchronization
2. Automatically synchronize local folder with online folder
3. Manually Synchronize online folder with local folder
4. Edit a Synchronize task

Create a new synchronization

• Select all folders you want to synchronize, click button , or right-click the folder name, and select “ New synchronization ” from the popup menu.
• Once the screen “Setup Folder Synchronization” shows up, select of create a destination folder to synchronize with the folder. Then click "OK" and it will pop up a task progress dialog to begin transfer files and folders to the target folder.

Automatically synchronize local folder with online folder

• Once you create a synchronization, the synchronization task will automatically upload files to online folder in real-time as any local source file in the local folder change occurs.

• If you have uploaded local folder to DriveHQ.com without synchronization, you canclick button, or right-click the folder name, and select “ Synchronize with DriveHQ” from the popup menu.

Manually Synchronize online folder with local folder

If you change online files in a synchronization task, you can click button, or right-click the folder name, and select “ Synchronize with local ” from the popup menu.

Edit a synchronization task

• Click on "Tools"-->"Manage synchronization", the "Manage Folder Synchronization" screen shows up. You can run or delete the Synchronize task.
