DriveHQ EmailManager is the first software application that can manage emails and contacts like files; allowing drag-&-drop or automatic backup for your Outlook / Outlook Express / Windows Mail in real-time or at scheduled times. Today, almost all backup software can only recover emails as one giant .pst file, which is quite inefficient. Every time after you received a new email or deleted an old email, it will have to backup the whole .PST file again. Due to the huge size of PST files, it can take a very long time. Not only is it inefficient, but it has another major problem; it cannot restore a single email or contact. Rather, it resotres the whole .PST file which effects all emails and contacts

At version 3.0, DriveHQ EmailManager has extended its technology lead over other email backup technologies. The software is now much more reliable than older versions. It has added support for Windows 2008 and Windows 7 operating systems, incl. 64-bit operating systems. Moreover, it now supports another very important feature: Backup and restore Outlook Account Settings and Email Rules. Because Outlook account settings and email rules are stored outside of the PST file, most backup software cannot backup and restore Outlook account settings and email rules. Combined with the regular email and contact backup feature, DriveHQ EmailManager can help users migrate their emails from one computer to another computer easily.

DriveHQ Email Manager interface is designed to be similar to DriveHQ FileManager, which has been downloaded by almost one million users. The default dual-pane interface allows users to easily drag and drop emails / email folders / contacts from their local PC to DriveHQ online email system. Users can change the interface to only show local emails or DriveHQ emails. The backup button allows creating a real-time email backup task or a scheduled email backup task.

DriveHQ EmailManager 3.0 has the following features:

• Supports incremental backup. It never backs up the same emails again and again. Most other backup programs can only backup one giant .PST file, so they cannot backup emails incrementally.
• Can backup and restore emails / contacts one by one. Almost all other email backup programs can only backup / restore one giant .pst file, they cannot backup / restore one email / contact. Because .pst files are very large and locked when you are using Outlook, it takes a long time to backup or restore your emails; if backup fails in the middle, you will have to start all over again.
• Manually backup your emails and contacts using drag and drop.
• Automatically backup your emails in real-time or scheduled time even when Outlook is running.
• Can automatically resume interrupted uploads / downloads;
• Integrates with DriveHQ Email Hosting service. You can access backed-up emails and contacts from anywhere using DriveHQ webmail.
• Can backup and restore Outlook Account Settings and Email Rules.
• Migrate your emails and contacts from one computer to another computer.
