CameraFTP service is widely used for construction site timelapse recording. Many construction sites also publish their cameras on CameraFTP's Published Cameras page. Construction sites usually use outdoor IP cameras. You can use Reolink, Amcrest, Foscam, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis IP cameras (and most other brands/models if they are not proprietary, or locked in with the manufacturer) for construction timelapse recording. These IP cameras support scheduled recording.
In addition, CameraFTP's VSS software supports scheduled recording.
