Thank you for ordering our service. If you ordered a plan at 1080P resolution, it means your camera can upload images (videos) at the maximum resolution of 1080P. But the server cannot force your camera to upload 1080P images. ( The server cannot connect to your camera. If your camera does not upload, the server cannot do anything to your camera.)  You need to configure the camera to upload based on the plan you ordered.

If you use CameraFTP VSS software, please make sure your source camera can support the resolution you ordered. In the case of webcam, please make sure that the webcam can support 1080P video. Many low-end webcams cannot support 1080P video resolution; or they may support it at a lower frame rate. In your VSS software, please edit the camera settings and check if the source webcam supports 1080P images.  See the screenshot below: ( Move your mouse on top of the camera live view, click the edit (pencil) icon, then click “Select another webcam/microphone”, then in the Capabilities dropdown, select the one with 1080P resolution.

That's very odd. I just tested it here and it works fine. Could you please install a newer beta version at:

https://www.drivehq.com/folder/p11725964/18261463714.aspx

After upgrading to this version, check if you can select 1920x1080 or not. If not, please click Settings -> Event Logs -> Send event logs to support. Our engineers can then check the log to locate the problem.

While trying to generate time-lapse video I get a message that says:

www.cameraftp.com says

Failed to generate video file. Unable to access api, please check your network.

Preview does work.

What do you suggest?
