I use an e-mail service, emailias.com, which allows me to create e-mail addresses that mask my actual e-mail address to protect it from spam.  Basically, the drivehq.com address is a target and any emailias email address I create is directed to it.

However, I do not receive any e-mail that is sent to any of my created e-mail addresses targeted to my drivehq address.  They don't even end up in the bulk mail folder, which can happen with some e-mail services.

Is there some way to set up my drivehq account to accept the mail from emailias.com?

I had emailias support check out the issue on their end.  They state the e-mails are being blocked.   Here is a copy of their response. 

When I manually connect to their mail port and try to send email using the
same "from" address that Emailias creates, it reports "550 You are refused
to send mail here".  Here's a copy of the whole transaction:

$ telnet mail.drivehq.com 25
Trying 66.220.9.56...
Connected to mail.drivehq.com.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 dell2 SMTP Server ready
helo mx1.emailias.com
250 dell2 Hello [63.116.125.7]
mail from:<reply-144847-f730-nudder01=-sbcglobal.net@emailias.com>
550 You are refused to send mail here
quit
221 Service closing transmission channel
Connection closed by foreign host.


So, it would appear that they're blocking this "from" address.  Note that I
was able to submit an address such as "support@emailias.com", so I don't
think that's just as simple as blocking everything @emailias.com.

Hi, I see the reason. DriveHQ Email Server checks for any artificially created email addresses and blocks them. The email address:

reply-144847-f730-nudder01=-sbcglobal.net@emailias.com

doesn't look like a real person's email address and is hence blocked by our email server.

Which takes me back to my original question, can e-mail settings be changed to allow emailias.com e-mails?

Emailias.com is a pay service which is used to protect the actual e-mail address from being shown to avoid it ending up on a spam list.  Users can create any number of emailias addresses and have them sent to the same target address, in this case my drivehq.com address.  If one of those emailias addresses does end up being spammed, it can be deleted without having to change my real e-mail address.

Because of the nature of the service, I think it's probably one of the last domains that spam, or an actual fake address, is likely to come from.
