Dear Support Team,

your Server is listed on several blacklists - see blacklistalert.com.

Due to this listing the security systems on our company server deny the access to your server. At the moment we have no access to our files stored on your servers!

Please change this Situation immediately!!!

 Thank you for your email and reporting this to us; it is an unfortunate thing when these sites falsely blacklist us. We will work promptly to get our name whitelisted immediately. 

In the meantime, it seems that only certain features were blocked such as specific publish and share - you should still be able to access your files and download? Would you be able to provide a bit more detail to the nature of your errors as we wait to be removed from these lists? Feel free to email support@DriveHQ.com with more detail for faster responses

no, unfortunately we cannot access the page www.drivehq.com, which means we cannot open any of the pages or use any of the functions because the firewall on the proxy-server denies the connection. (I'm accessing the support forum via my private tablet that's not connected to the company network). This means also the desktop sync on our PCs and tablets does not work. A really annoying situation!
