    Hi There, 
I am having problem connecting using my computer, I never had any problem connecting but now it keep saying connection failed. but I if I go to the internet and log in from there no problem!!
Any idea what should I look to figure this problem out?????

Hi, it is likely that you have recently installed some other software which caused some compatibility problem. Please check if you have any anti-virus software or personal firewall software installed; if so, please stop it and try FileManager again.

I had the same problem too. Here's what I did to fix it:

Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Options -> Security

Then go to each zone and click on "Default Level".
