I am a paid member, but have been trying to contact someone regarding billing and also changing our storage plan. We have not been successful in getting any email replies. Hope someone can help.

Did you receive any bounced emails?

If not, could you please email us again? We usually reply within a few hours. As our user base continues growing rapidly, now it sometimes takes about 8 hours to get a reply.
