When I try to open or download my MS Word files from your file manager it seems to be trying to open it in MS Picture viewer as I get a message that "Picture Viewer cannot open this file".

If you don't have MS Word in your system, it might look for another software to open the file((s). Please make sure you have MS Word installed in your computer.

I DO HAVE MS WORD!!! All my files are made in MS WORD!

Close File Manager.  Please go to this Microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307859 and follow the instructions under "To change which program starts when you double-click a file".  Please confirm if this solves your problem.  If the problem persists, please email support@drivehq.com.

I am not able to open my resume documents and edit them.  Why?

Please tell us more detailed information about the problem.

Can you download the file? If so, please drag and drop (download) the file from DriveHQ to your local C: drive, then try to open the downloaded file.

If you cannot open the file, it means your file is either corrupt, or you don't have the right software (e.g. Microsoft Word) installed on your computer.
