You must have a True Account or Premium Account to publish websites on DriveHQ.com.
To become a True Account, you must use a private domain company email address. Note ISP email address is not considered private domain. You can also make a deposit of >=$3 to upgrade to True Account if you don't have a private domain email address.
It is recommended to upgrade to Premium Account as a True Account is still considered a free service account, which has other restrictions.
