Subject: Re:The server returned a logon failure

We noticed the problem affecting some DriveHQ FileManager clients. It was caused by server maintenance. We recently upgraded some server hardware during the weekends (or night time). During the upgrade process, the system experienced slow performance for about 3-4 minutes. If your DriveHQ FileManager has a real-time synchronization task, then an incorrect status code might be returned by the server. This causes FileManager to display a "logon failure", or "password changed" error message. Our engineers will fix the problem on the server side first. In the near future, we will release a new version FileManager to fix the problem on the client side.

The problem is unlikely to happen again. You just need to click Cancel, and then log in again. DriveHQ WebDAV Drive Mapping, FTP/SFTP, Website and Online Backup services are not affected.
