Dear Drive HQ,

I am having a hard time getting the files to synchronize accurately from the Online Drive HQ to my local hard-drive.  They keep not showing up.  The folders are there, but no files inside.. Can you help me with this?

Also, I am unable to open files that have been uploaded, they just flash on the screen and then disappear.

Thanks,

Chris

OH!  I saw the earlier post that said you cannot double synchronize a folder in anotherr folders from Drive HQ to the Local Folder.

Is this true going the other way?  Please let me know so that I can be sure I don't start losing files.

Thanks,

Chris

Please make sure you have the latest version FileManager 4.0.

First make sure that you can upload / download files. A lot of times, anti-virus software or network security software might block it from accessing the Internet.

If you cannot see a file or folder, please try to refresh the folder. You can also try to logon www.drivehq.com, go to Storage & Sharing section. If you can see files there, then FileManager might have a problem. You can try either reboot your PC, or quit and restart FileManager.
