I paid for 5 GB of storage space.  Why does the DriveHQ FileManager tell me I only have 144 MB?

Thanks.

One of the very common mistakes group users make is: they allocate all storage and download bytes to sub-users, leaving the group owner account with 0 or little storage.

To correct the problem, please logon www.drivehq.com as the group owner account and click on the Group Admin link. You can easily re-allocate storage and download bytes among your group members.
