When I am backing up some financial files, I always get the pop up box saying max uninterrupted file upload size is limited to 50mb, please click OK to continue (or something to that effect!).

The problem is, that the file size is only 28mb in size that I'm uploading, so I'm not sure why the message is coming up?

Thanks.

Subject: Re: 50mb max upload size?

The free account is designed for personal and casual use only. Free users are expected to upload only a few small files. DriveHQ system has some restrictions to free users. In your case, if you upload many files at one time and if the total file size is over 50MB, the software will pause after it uploaded 50MB of data. You must click on Ok to continue.

If you upgrade to our premium service, there will be no such restrictions.
