Can't really figure out how much you can download per month with what account type. Would like a group account for 1-5 users, assuming I upgrade to that, what's total download capability?

I am assuming the tiers exist at 1G, 2G and 5G (and beyond), but just tell me simply how much it costs to have 1G, 2G and 5G and what the download capability is for each tier please.

Hi, the info is available in the Pricing and Plans page:

http://www.drivehq.com//help/features/PricingPlans.aspx

Typically, if you order N GB storage, the maximum monthly download bytes is 4 x N GB + 1GB free download bytes.

OK, thanks! Very useful. But your web link is wrong - had to key it in and eliminate the double slash. You might want to edit the URL and fix it for future people coming in to reference the forum.
