This policy covers how DriveHQ treats personal or business information that DriveHQ
collects and receives, including information related to you or your business' past use of
DriveHQ's products and services. Personal information is information about you
that is personally identifiable like your name, business name, physical address, email address, or
phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

not own or control, or to people that DriveHQ does not employ or manage.

DriveHQ collects personal (or business) information when you register with DriveHQ, when
you use DriveHQ products or services, when you visit DriveHQ pages or the
pages of certain DriveHQ partners, and when you enter promotions or

Our service is designed for businesses and high-end users.
We don't block children as our site does not contain contents that may be inappropriate for children; we also believe children are
unlikely to be interested in or visit our website.

or she has a parent or guardian create a Family Account and monitor the account. Parents / guardians should notify DriveHQ of any abnormal activities.

If DriveHQ has been advised or notified that an account belongs to a child under age 13,
DriveHQ will not contact the child about special offers or for
marketing purposes. DriveHQ does not ask a child under age 13 for more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in a
given activity or promotion.
Information Sharing and Disclosure

other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services
you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following

DriveHQ may display targeted advertisements based on personal information.
Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who
interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for
example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.

DriveHQ will not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you
interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an
ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your DriveHQ Account Information at any time.

DriveHQ may send you certain marketing communications emails from time to time.
Users can opt out of receiving future marketing communications or they can
unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the
DriveHQ service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, billing emails and
the DriveHQ Newsletter, that are considered part of your DriveHQ account,
without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

You can delete your DriveHQ account by visiting our Account Deletion page.
Before that, please make sure to delete all your files online and cancel
all subscriptions if you are a paid member. If you have any balance due,
you must pay off your balance before you can cancel your subscription.
Please note some information will remain in our archived records after your
account has been deleted.
Children

We recommend parents to review, edit, and delete information relating to their child's
DriveHQ account as needed.

Parents can sign up a DriveHQ Group Account for their families. They can create their children's accounts as
their sub-accounts. They can delete their
child's account by using the Group Admin feature.
Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe
reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products
or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
federal regulations to protect personal information about you.

Your DriveHQ Account Information is password-protected.

In certain areas DriveHQ uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect
data transmissions.

in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary
email address specified in your DriveHQ account or by placing a prominent
